Strawberry Roll

Directions

   Mix sugar, flour, eggs, baking powder and salt.

   Pour into well-greased jelly roll pan.

   Bake at 350°.

   Mix strawberries and sugar.

   Spread strawberries and roll like jelly roll.

   Slice and serve with juice from berries.

   Can bake in square pan and cut into four pieces.

   Serve topped with strawberries and Cool Whip.
