  • 1 large pkg. strawberry Jell-O
  • 2 pkg. unflavored gelatin
  • 1 large pkg. strawberries, pureed
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 2 large ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, undrained

Directions

    Mix gelatin and Jell-O together, then dissolve in boiling water.

    Cool.

    Add strawberries and pineapple.

    Chill half of mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan until firm.

    Spread sour cream over firm layer.

    Cover and chill until firm.
