  • 1 c. water
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 small box strawberry Jell-O
  • 1 small pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 small container cool whip
  • 1 c. pecans (optional)

Directions

    Boil water, pineapple, and sugar. Remove from heat, add box of jell-o and stir thoroughly. Put in freezer, stirring occasionally until it starts to jell. Blend mixture and cream cheese. Mix in cool whip and add pecans. Refrigerate.
