- 1 1/2 c. skim milk
- 1/3 c. fresh strawberries
- 2 Tbsp. unsweetened orange juice
- sugar substitute to equal 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. nonfat buttermilk
Directions

1Combine skim milk, strawberries, orange juice and sugar substitute in container of an electric blender or food processor. Process until strawberries are pureed and mixture is frothy. Transfer mixture to a small pitcher.

2Stir in buttermilk.

3Pour into individual glasses and serve immediately.
