Strawberry Shortcake

Directions

   Mix all ingredients well, except strawberries.

   Bake in muffin tins for 10 minutes at 350°.

   When cool, divide each cake in the middle; fill with berries.

   Replace each top; smother with the entire shortcake in strawberries.

   Top with ice cream or whipped cream.

   This is food fit for a king and all the little princes and princesses, too.
