- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1/3 c. boiling water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 large Cool Whip
- Strawberries, fresh or frozen (amount desired)
Directions

1Slice strawberries and mix with sugar to taste, set aside. Beat eggs with mixer, add sugar, flour, vanilla and boiling water. (This will be a thin mixture.)

2Pour into 2 lightly greased and floured round pans.

3Bake in 350 degree oven until done, cool. Place first cake layer on serving plate and spread with half of strawberries, followed by half of Cool Whip.

4Place second cake layer on top of first and spread with remaining strawberries and Cool Whip.
