  • 1/4 c. + 3 Tbsp. melted oleo
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 10 oz. pkg. strawberries with juice, thawed
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream

    Crush crackers.

    Mix with sugar and oleo and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Refrigerate.

    Mix in a very large bowl the egg whites, sugar, salt, lemon juice, strawberries and juice.

    Mix at top speed for 20 minutes.
