Strawberry-Vanilla Pudding

  • 5 c. cubed angel food cake (I use a whole cake)
  • 1 (3 or 3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 c. cold milk
  • 1 pt. vanilla ice cream
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
  • 1 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries

Directions

    Place angel food cake on bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    In mixer on low speed, add pudding, milk and ice cream. Blend until well mixed.

    Spread pudding mixture over angel food cake and chill until set, about 15 minutes.
