  • 2 pkg. frozen French-cut green beans
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions

    Cook frozen beans according to package directions.

    Make the sauce by blending flour into the melted butter and then gradually adding the milk.

    While stirring, season with salt and pepper and cook until smooth.

    Add grated cheese and Worcestershire sauce. Place beans in 1-quart casserole dish and pour sauce over.

    Top with crumbled crisp bacon.
