- 1 lb. fresh string beans
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 stick butter
Directions

1Cook string beans until tender.

2Drain and set aside.

3In a frying pan, saute garlic in the olive oil.

4Add bread crumbs and mix together.

5Add beans and mix together.

6Put in a casserole, then sprinkle on Parmesan cheese.

7Mix in pats of butter.

8Heat in a 350° oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
