- 1 can (1 lb.) vegetable steaks
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 can sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Drain steaks and cut into 1/4-inch wide strips.

2Brown strips in oil.

3Add mushrooms and onion soup mix.

4Heat to boiling.

5Put the flour into the sour cream and blend.

6Combine with first mixture.

7Cook and stir until mixture thickens.

8Serve over noodles or rice.
