Stroganoff(Leftover Meat)

  • 3 c. leftover beef or veal, cut in 3-inch strips
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 can or leftover gravy
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of Tabasco
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms

Directions

    Gently brown beef or veal in butter.

    Remove meat.

    Add gravy, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce and mushrooms.

    Add meat and reheat. Serve over noodles, cooked and mixed with 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seed.

    Top with sour cream and paprika.

    This may be served over rice.
