- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 6 pork chops
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 pkg. brown gravy mix
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
Directions

1Combine flour, seasoned salt and paprika.

2Coat pork chops. Brown chops in a lightly greased skillet; drain.

3Combine gravy mix and water as called for on package.

4Pour over chops.

5Add onions.

6Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.

7Uncover and simmer 15 minutes longer.

8Remove pork chops to serving platter.

9Add mushrooms and sour cream to gravy.

10Combine thoroughly.

11Heat through; pour over chops.
