- 1/2 chickpeas a can of
- basil leaves
- romaine lettuce
- pepper
- olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- clove a small, garlic
- 1 tortilla
- hummus
Directions

1Finely chop your garlic, you don't need much so if there is more than you would like set it aside for another recipe.

2Next chop your basil and your chickpeas, and set them aside.

3Start by heating up a pan to medium high heat, this is important for you do not want to burn the chickpeas.

4Add a small amount of olive oil and then the garlic and chickpeas, stirring it around.

5If the mixture seems to be drying up, you can add in some of the canned chickpea water or even tap water.

6Add basil, salt & pepper, and cumin for flavoring. Once everything is incorporated, take the chickpeas off of the stove; this will be the filling.

7Taking the tortilla, spread a generous layer of humus to keep everything together.

8Next layer on some romaine hearts and basil, then add the chickpea filling and roll the tortilla.
