Ingredients
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 lb. stew meat
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 (10 oz.) cans beef broth
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 2 large potatoes, chopped
- 1 c. sour cream
- 6 carrots, chopped
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, chopped
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
Directions

1Sprinkle flour, salt and pepper over meat.

2In large stockpot, heat oil.

3Add meat; cook until browned.

4Add beef broth and water.

5Add the rest of the ingredients except sour cream.

6Boil, then reduce heat to medium low and simmer 50 to 55 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.

7Remove from heat; stir in sour cream.
