- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 egg
Directions

1Combine 1 1/4 cups flour, yeast, sugar and salt; blend.

2Heat water, milk and oil until warm.

3Add egg and warm liquid to flour mixture.

4Blend well.

5Add remaining 1 3/4 cups flour.

6Knead about 5 minutes until smooth and pliable.

7Cover and let rise 1 hour.

8Roll out into rectangular shape and layer with filling.
