- School Roll Dough (see Bread section)
- 1 1/2 lb. sliced ham
- 1 1/2 lb. sliced Mozzarella cheese
- Italian seasoning
Directions

1Make School Roll Dough, or use any yeast bread dough.

2Roll out in rectangular shape (approximately 8 x 11 inches).

3Put 1/2 of ham slices and 1/2 of cheese slices along middle of dough, leaving an inch on each end uncovered.

4Sprinkle with seasoning; fold one side of dough over ham and cheese.

5Repeat ham and cheese layer on top of fold, using remainder of ham and cheese.

6Sprinkle this layer with the Italian seasoning.

7Leave 1 inch on each end to seal.

8Fold dough over; seal all edges.

9Bake at 350° until done.
