- 2 loaves bread dough, from freezer case
- 12 lb salami
- 12 lb American cheese
- 2 (10 ounce) packages spinach, chopped
- olive oil
- garlic, chopped
Directions

1Cook and drain spinach (dry).

2Add oil and garlic to taste.

3(I am heavy-handed with garlic).

4Defrost bread and roll out into a rectangular shape.

5Layer cheese, salami and flavored spinach.

6Roll in jelly roll fashion.

7Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350 for 30-40 minutes.

8For a bready stromboli let sit 1 hour before baking.
