- 4 c. flour (1 lb.)
- 6 egg yolks
- 4 whole eggs
- 2 Tbsp. whiskey
- 2 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- Honey to taste
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together.

2Roll out into 1/2 inch thick rounds.

3Cut into pieces and deep fry in 2 qt. very hot oil, until golden brown, drain and cool.

4Heat honey until runny, add struffle, lower heat and allow struffle to absorb honey.

5Pile in dishes, cool and top with sprinkles.

6The amount of honey is to your taste, the more honey you use the sweeter the struffli will be.
