- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. round steak, cubed
- 3 to 4 carrots, sliced
- 1/2 medium onion, sliced
- 5 to 6 medium to large potatoes, sliced
Directions

1In an electric frying pan, place the following in 1 layer: bacon on bottom, cubed round steak, sliced carrots and finish with potatoes on top. Salt and pepper on top to taste. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes at 325° and turn down to 275° for another 45 minutes.
