- 2 large potatoes
- 1/4 head cabbage
- 2 carrots
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Shred potatoes, cabbage, carrots and onion.

2Mix in order given.

3Put 3/4 beef in skillet (11-inch).

4Layer vegetables as listed on top of beef.

5Crumble beef on top.

6Pour soup on top. Add grated cheese last.

7Cook for 1 hour.
