- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 6 to 8 medium potatoes, sliced
- 3 to 4 carrots, sliced
- 2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
Directions

1Mash out 1 pound ground beef into bottom of 10-inch skillet. Top with potatoes, carrots and onion.

2Roll small meatballs out of rest of ground beef and place on top.

3Cover with the Cheddar cheese soup, spreading it all over the top.

4Cover with lid and cook over medium heat for about 25 minutes or until potatoes and carrots are done.

5Goes real well with a side of white rice.
