- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/3 c. crushed Ritz crackers
- 1/2 lb. cooked bay shrimp
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. chopped onion
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- 1/3 c. white wine
Directions

1Cut avocados in half and carefully remove meat.

2Sprinkle skins inside with lemon juice.

3Mash avocado meat in bowl and add all other ingredients.

4Mix well.

5Pile back into shells and bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350°.

6Serve hot with rice.
