  • 1/4 c. minced bell pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 4 large bell peppers

    Saute the minced bell pepper and onion in butter.

    Core bell peppers; boil until tender.
