- 6 bell peppers
- 2 onions, chopped fine
- 1 lb. ground meat
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 c. tomato juice
- seasoning to taste
Directions

1Remove seeds and seams from peppers; boil 5 minutes.

2Brown meat and onions.

3Add rice and tomato juice.

4Simmer until thick; season.

5Stuff peppers with meat mixture.

6Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
