  • 2 onions, chopped fine
  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1 c. tomato juice
  • seasoning to taste

    Remove seeds and seams from peppers; boil 5 minutes.

    Simmer until thick; season.
