Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped red and green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. hot sauce
  • 1 medium hot sauce

Directions

    Split loaf of bread lengthwise.

    (Can use 2 hoagie buns.) Cut or scoop out bread from center of each piece. Set aside.

    Mix remaining ingredients.

    Spread and fill in scooped out cavities of both pieces.

    Place together and wrap tightly with plastic wrap. Refrigerate 4 to 8 hours.

    Slice 1/2-inch thick and place on serving plate.

    Serves 6 to 8.
