  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 12 ounces swiss cheese, grated
  • 34 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon diced onion
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 12 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 (8 ounce) cans mushrooms (can use up to 3 cans)
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds

    Score bread crosswise.

    Stuff with cheese.

    Melt butter and mix with onion, salt, mustard and lemon juice - pour over bread.

    Drain mushrooms.

    Add finely chopped mushrooms stuffing over cheese.

    Sprinkle with poppy seed.

    Wrap in aluminum foil, bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
