Ingredients
- 1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed overnight in refrigerator
- 4-6 eggs
- 1/2 to 1 lb breakfast sausage
- shredded cheese
Directions

1Flatten dough into a rectangle shape to fit into loaf pan. Scramble eggs and set aside.

2Cook sausage and set aside.

3Put layer of eggs and layer of sausage on top of flattened dough. Sprinkle cheese over eggs and sausage.

4Fold ends over mixture and then fold sides into center.

5Coat loaf pan with cooking spray and put loaf into pan folded sides down.

6Bake according to directions on bread package.
