Stuffed Breakfast Bread

  • 1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed overnight in refrigerator
  • 4-6 eggs
  • 1/2 to 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • shredded cheese

Directions

    Flatten dough into a rectangle shape to fit into loaf pan. Scramble eggs and set aside.

    Cook sausage and set aside.

    Put layer of eggs and layer of sausage on top of flattened dough. Sprinkle cheese over eggs and sausage.

    Fold ends over mixture and then fold sides into center.

    Coat loaf pan with cooking spray and put loaf into pan folded sides down.

    Bake according to directions on bread package.
