- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 2 eggs
- salt to taste
- 12 to 14 large cabbage leaves
- 2 onions, diced
- 4 sticks diced celery
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/4 tsp. onion salt
- little sugar to taste
Directions

1Remove leaves from head of cabbage.

2Place in large pot and simmer for 5 minutes.

3Drain and cool.

4Combine meat, rice, eggs and salt.

5Place a tablespoon of meat mixture in center of each cabbage leaf.

6Fold in sides to cover meat and roll.

7Place rolls in large saucepan with open side down.

8Combine onions, celery, sugar and tomato soup.

9Pour over cabbage rolls.

10Cover and simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
