- 8 large cabbage leaves
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's tomato juice or soup
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. cooked rice or oats
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook cabbage a few minutes in salted water to soften; drain. Mix 2 tablespoons soup or juice with rest of ingredients.

2Place mixture inside of cabbage and roll up.

3Place rolls seam side down; pour on juice.

4Cover; simmer 40 minutes.
