  • 8 large cabbage leaves
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's tomato juice or soup
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. cooked rice or oats
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Cook cabbage a few minutes in salted water to soften; drain. Mix 2 tablespoons soup or juice with rest of ingredients.

    Place mixture inside of cabbage and roll up.

    Place rolls seam side down; pour on juice.

    Cover; simmer 40 minutes.
