  • 1/2 lb. ground pork
  • 1/2 c. rice
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion, chopped fine
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 medium can sauerkraut
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 c. tomato juice

    Remove core from whole head of cabbage with a sharp knife. Scald the cabbage in boiling water.
