- 1 head cabbage
- 1 lb. ground meat
- 1 onion
- 1/2 c. rice
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 small sauerkraut
Directions

1Core cabbage; boil and remove leaves.

2Trim down thick ridge in center of leaf.

3Saute onion in butter.

4Bring rice to boil. Rinse.

5Mix ground meat, rice and onion.

6Add salt and pepper. Put sauerkraut in bottom of roaster.

7Put meat mixture in leaf to about 3/4-inch.

8Roll up.

9Put in layers with sauerkraut in between.

10Add diluted tomato soup.

11Bake 2 hours at 325°.
