- 3 lb. hamburger
- 2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 large can tomato juice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 large heads cabbage
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 medium onions
Directions

1Boil cabbage until about half cooked.

2Cool cabbage off with cold water and peel leaves off one at a time; put aside.

3Cook hamburger and rice and mix together with onions after dicing.

4Mix with salt and pepper.

5Take cabbage leaves and put about a baseball size hamburger mixture inside and roll up.

6Stick a toothpick in to secure it.

7Repeat the process with all the cabbage.

8Then, put in a large pan with a lid.

9Pour all of the other ingredients

10over the cabbage and cook about 1 1/2 hours at 350°.

11This will serve about 4 people.
