- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1 c. boiled rice
- 1 medium onion, diced fine
- 1 head cabbage, wilted (save juice)
- salt and pepper
- allspice
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. cream
Directions

1Wilt leaves of cabbage.

2Mix beef, pork, boiled rice, salt, pepper, allspice and onion and form into patties.

3Roll patties in cabbage leaves and fasten with toothpicks. Butter skillet and put rolls in.

4Brown; remove and place in baking dish. Bake 1 hour at 325°.

5Mix 1 tablespoon flour, cream and juice in skillet. Cook until thickened.

6Pour over cabbage rolls and serve.
