- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. pork mixture
- 1 large onion
- cooked rice
- 1 egg
- 1 to 2 heads cabbage
- approximately 1/8 to 1/4 c. milk
- 4 cans tomato soup
Directions

1Steam cabbage. Cook rice.

2Chop onion and brown in skillet. Add meat, rice and milk (enough to moisten meat) and egg.

3Peel cabbage leaves and cut rind.

4Place meat mixture in center of rind end of leaf. Start rolling leaf.

5Fold in sides and continue to roll to end of leaf.

6Mix soup as directed.

7Place cabbage leaves in bottom of pot.

8Add some soup mixture.
-
9Place cabbage rolls in pot and cover with soup mixture. Cook on top of stove for approximately 2 hours or until done.
