- 1 large head cabbage
- 2 lb. hamburger
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 2 c. Minute rice
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Cook cabbage until leaves are tender enough to roll.

2Let cabbage cool to touch.

3Cook rice as directed on package.

4Mix hamburger, bread crumbs, water and eggs together.

5Add rice after it has cooled off.

6Put combined ingredients in cabbage leaves, folding the leaves over filling.

7Use leftover cabbage to line bottom of pot to prevent burning.

8Put stuffed cabbage in pot, adding enough water to steam (1 1/2 cups).

9Add margarine on top. Steam 45 minutes.
