- 24 each cabbage leaves
- 1 cup onions chopped
- 1/2 cup minute rice
- 18 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 6 ounces tomato paste
- 1 pound ground beef lean
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 cups water
Directions

1Wash cabbage leaves.

2Boil 4 cups water.

3Turn heat off.

4Soak leaves in water for 5 minutes.

5Remove, drain and cool.

6Combine remaining ingredients except tomato paste and water.

7Place 2 tb.

8of mixture on each leaf and roll firmly.

9Stack in crockpot.

10Combine tomato paste and water and pour over stuffed cabbage.

11Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours.
