- 1 head cabbage
- 1/2 lb. cooked rice (let cool)
- 1 1/2 lb. hamburg
- 1 c. Hunt's tomato sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook cabbage in salty water for 10 minutes; drain and separate leaves.

2Mix ingredients together.

3Put in oven at 350° for 40 minutes; add thin slice of salt pork on top of each cabbage.

4It will add taste and also keep the leaves from drying up.

5Do not put too much salt, if using salt pork.
