Stuffed Cabbage Casserole

- 1 head cabbage
- 1 lb. chopped meat
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. instant rice (raw)
- 1 qt. tomatoes
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 1 can water
Directions

1Cut cabbage into bite-size pieces.

2Put 1/2 in the bottom of a large baking pan.

3Crumble the chopped meat over the cabbage. Add onion, rice and tomatoes.

4Cover with remaining cabbage.

5Pour soups and water over the top.

6Salt and pepper to taste.

7Cover with foil.
-
8Bake at 400° for 1 1/2 hours.
