- 8 cabbage leaves
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper
- 1 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
Directions

1Cut leaves from cabbage head; don't tear leaves.

2Drop leaves into boiling water.

3Cook 3 to 5 minutes.

4Drain.

5Set oven at 375°.

6Mix ingredients altogether as for meat loaf.

7Divide mixture into 8 small loaves like.

8Wrap in leaves.

9Place in greased pan.
