Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

- 8 large cabbage leaves
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- dash of garlic salt (optional)
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
Directions

1Cook cabbage leaves in boiling water for 5 minutes; drain. Combine eggs and seasonings.

2Shape meat mixture into 8 rolls. Wrap cabbage leaves around securely.

3Pour soup into skillet; add cabbage rolls. Cover and bring to boiling.

4Reduce heat; simmer 35 minutes, spooning sauce occasionally.
