- 8 large cabbage leaves
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 egg
- 1 lb. ground beef King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1-1/2 cups cooked MINUTE White Rice, cooled
- 1 small onion, finely chopped Safeway 3 lb For $2.99 thru 02/09
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1-1/2 cups spaghetti sauce
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F.

2Place cabbage in large microwaveable bowl.

3Add water; cover with vented plastic wrap.

4Microwave on HIGH 4 to 5 min.

5or until leaves are softened but not fully cooked; set aside.

6Beat egg in large bowl.

7Add meat, rice, onions, garlic and salt; mix well.

8Spoon 1/2 cup of the meat mixture onto center of each cabbage leaf; fold sides and ends of leaf over filling.

9Place, seam-sides down, in 13x9-inch baking dish.

10Top with spaghetti sauce; cover with foil.

11Bake 1 hour or until meat is cooked through and cabbage is tender.

12Let stand, covered, 5 min.
