Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

- 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 2 eggs
- 6 large cabbage leaves
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Del Monte original style stewed tomatoes (no salt added)
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Mix the meat, onion, eggs, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper to taste.

2Add rice.

3Precook cabbage leaves for 3 minutes in small amount of boiling water; drain.

4Spoon meat mixture into cabbage leaves.

5Roll cabbage leaves around meat mixture; secure with toothpicks.

6Put in baking pan with tomatoes and tomato sauce.

7Bake at 350° for 45 minutes (or until done).
