Stuffed Cabbage Rolls 2

- 10 cabbage leaves
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. uncooked white rice
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes un-drained
- 1 1/4 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook cabbage leaves in boiling, salted water for 5 to 10 minutes or until tender; drain leaves.

2Combine ground beef, eggs, onion, rice, butter salt, and pepper;

3mix well.

4Place equal portions of meat mixture in center of each leaf; fold ends over and roll up.

5Place cabbage rolls, seam side down, in a large greased skillet.

6Sprinkle cheese over cabbage rolls.
