  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
