Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

- 8 to 10 large cabbage leaves
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 sauce can water
Directions

1Pour boiling water over cabbage leaves.

2Let stand for 5 minutes.

3Drain.

4Season meat; add onion, rice and eggs.

5Roll a portion of filling into each leaf.

6Fasten ends with toothpick. Place cabbage rolls in frypan.

7Brown lightly on each side.

8Place cabbage rolls into casserole dish.

9Pour tomato sauce over them. Add 1 can of water.

10Bake in oven at 350° for 40 minutes.
