Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
- large cabbage leaves
- 1/3 c. evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 can tomato soup
Directions

1Boil cabbage leaves for about 3 or 4 minutes.

2Remove from water and drain.

3Add remaining ingredients together except tomato soup, lemon juice and sugar.

4Spread leaves out and spoon 3 or 4 tablespoons mixture on each leaf.

5Roll up and tuck ends inwards. Arrange in large casserole dish.

6Mix soup, lemon juice and sugar. Pour evenly over each roll.

7Bake at 350° for approximately 1 hour or until done.
