Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 or 2 c. Minute rice
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 qt. tomato juice
- 1 green pepper, chopped (optional)
Directions

1Mix the above, using enough juice to mix all ingredients together.

2Run hot tap water over cabbage to soften, then roll meat mixture and wrap in cabbage leaves.

3Pour rest of the juice over cabbage rolls and bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

4Baste occasionally.
