  • 2 lb. hamburg
  • 1 1/2 c. rice
  • 1 (32 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 head cabbage (green)

Directions

    Mix together hamburg and rice.

    Boil cabbage until leaves fall off; wrap hamburg and rice mixture in cabbage leaves and put in baking dish.

    Pour tomato sauce over top and pepper to taste. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
