Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

- 6 cabbage leaves
- 1/2 lb. raw lean ground beef
- 1/2 c. uncooked instant rice or 1 1/2 to 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 c. thick and chunky spaghetti sauce (use more liquid for instant rice)
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Place cabbage leaves in 1/4 cup water and place in a covered dish in the microwave on High for 4 to 5 minutes or until limp; drain.

2Mix remaining ingredients.

3Place approximately 1/3 of mixture at stem end of each leaf.

4Roll leaf around mixture, tucking in sides.

5Place cabbage rolls, seam side down, in colander.

6Put 1/4 cup water in dish below colander.

7Cover and microwave on High 7 minutes.

8Rotate 1/4 turn.

9Microwave until beef is done, 8 to 9 minutes longer.

10Let stand, covered, for 1 minute.
